Account Deletion Request

How to delete your Zehn account:

Option 1: In the App (Recommended)

1. Open the Zehn app on your device.
2. Go to the Profile (من) tab.
3. Tap on Settings.
4. Select Delete Account and confirm your decision.

Option 2: Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion via email:

1. Send an email to the support email address listed on our App Store or Google Play page.
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
3. Include the email address associated with your Zehn account.

Please note: Email requests may take up to 7 business days to process.
