Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → VistaVital → Cancel Subscription. You can also manage your subscription directly from the VistaVital app under Settings → Subscription Plan.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Open VistaVital, go to the paywall/subscription screen, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

My exercise isn't loading correctly — what do I do?
Try closing and restarting the app. If the issue persists, go to Settings → Clear All Data and restart the onboarding. Note: this will reset your progress history.

Is my health data shared with anyone?
No. All exercise history, progress logs, and eye drop schedules are stored locally on your device only. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any App Store purchase.
