Terms of Use for The Unseen Mind

These Terms of Use govern your use of The Unseen Mind mobile app. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Educational Use Only

The Unseen Mind provides educational content, lessons, quizzes, audio, journaling prompts, and self-reflection tools related to psychology and the unconscious mind. The app is not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

If you are in crisis, at risk of harm, or need urgent support, contact emergency services or a qualified mental health professional in your area.

Subscriptions

The app may offer paid subscriptions that unlock premium content and features.

Subscription options may include monthly and annual plans. Annual plans may include a 3-day free trial when you are eligible. After the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the end of the trial period.

Prices, durations, trial eligibility, renewal dates, and billing terms are shown in the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase sheet before purchase. Your subscription is charged through the store account you use to purchase.

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, or according to the rules shown by Apple App Store or Google Play at purchase.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies. We cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple or Google.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with app systems, use the app for illegal activity, or copy, redistribute, or resell app content without permission.

Intellectual Property

The app, including its text, design, lessons, audio, prompts, images, and other content, is owned by The Unseen Mind or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app.

User Content

You are responsible for journal entries, notes, reflections, or other content you create in the app. Do not enter content you do not have the right to use. Local journal content is intended for your personal use.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We may also update these Terms by posting a new version with a revised effective date.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every personal circumstance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Unseen Mind and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
